Popular publications are designed for the general public and are considered entertaining in nature. These publications include: news, pop culture, magazines, opinion pieces, and other entertaining sources found on the internet and in print.

Newspapers 

Newspapers are designed to report on local, national, and international news. They can feature: opinion pieces, historical information, event coverage, and a variety of correspondences.

Magazines

Internet

The Internet is useful for popular information. Internet search results are arranged by popularity or by sponsorship, which can make searching the Internet for entertaining or fun information easy. However, this type of searching does not readily yield authoritative or credible information. 

The Internet is a great source for news, entertainment, event information, and also government resources, which can be found on government websites.
