Creating a Search Alert in a ProQuest Database

1. Upon accessing a ProQuest database, create an account, or sign into your account if you already have one.

2. Once logged in, click the three bars at the top left of the screen and then "Advanced Search" to navigate back to the Advanced Search screen.

3. Perform your search, and then click the "Save search/alert" link on the right. Select "Create alert."

4. Complete the form that appears. Here, you will name the alert, define your alert email and content, and schedule the frequency of the alert. Select "Create alert" to save your alert preferences.

To edit or cancel your alert, ensure you are signed into your ProQuest account, visit the "My Research" area in a ProQuest database, and then click on "Alerts."
